MOVE. Fitness and Movement for Children
MOVE fitness and Movement for Children is a children's fitness program designed to encourage healthy lifestyle habits in children ages 2-6. Our program incorporates children's exercise and fitness activities such as stretching, aerobics, sports, dance, gymnastics, balance, gross motor skills and game play.
Through our 6 week class sessions, our goal is to make sure your children increase cardiovascular activity, feel good about themselves, develop a love for health and fitness, and most importantly HAVE FUN!
Classes will be held at CVGA Rec facility located at: 1101 Black Hawk Rd, Waterloo

9:00-9:45 4-5 year olds
10:00-10:45 2-3 year olds
2:30-3:15 (Wed) 5-6 year olds
Session One:
September 12-October 17: 6 Week Monday Classes
September 14-October 19: 6 Week Wednesday Classes
Session Two:
October 31-December 5: 6 Week Monday Classes
Noberber 2-December 7: 6 Week Wednesday Classes
Session Three:
January 23-February 27: 6 Week Monday Classes
January 25-February 29: 6 Week Wednesday Classes
Session Four:
March 26-April 30: 6 Week Monday Classes
March 28-May 2: 6 Week Wednesday Classes
